What is the cause for the PLEX server to close on drobo 5N when setting up Music library?

I am new to PLEX. No issues setting up movie, TV show etc libraries on PLEX server on drobo5N.
However, even when only moving a few songs into the music folder trying to setup a Music library the PLEX application on the Drobo5N closes. No error message, I just have to restart the drobo application constantly via the drobo dashboard. Any suggestions welcome.
